Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to consulting, marketing services, workshops, courses and other digital offerings purchased directly from Kishan Chaudhary.

Service engagements

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for consulting or managed services are set out in the proposal or agreement accepted before work begins. Where that agreement includes different terms, those terms take priority.

Digital products and programs

Because access to digital material may be provided immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated on the relevant sales page.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe you were charged twice or an incorrect amount, email us with the transaction details. Verified payment errors will be corrected to the original payment method.

How to request help

Email krishnag1cr@gmail.com with your name, purchase details and reason for the request. Eligible refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear after approval, depending on the payment provider.
